Business and Venue Terms

These Business and Venue Terms apply when you create or use a Business account. A solicitor-reviewed agreement will replace this notice when it is ready.

You must be authorised to bind the organisation. Use a genuine venue, brand, or organiser. Do not use a Business account as a second personal profile.

You are responsible for your listing name, type, locations, hours, photos, and events. Keep them accurate. Staff seats act as your agents; remove access when someone leaves.

Attendee information you see (names, photos, going status) is for running your event or listing. Do not sell it. HangIn’s Privacy Policy covers what HangIn processes as the platform.

Business Pro is a paid Apple or Google plan (tools, boost credit, and a plan badge). It is not Companies House, KYC, or government identity verification. A founder Business Pro trial may apply to specific claimed businesses.
