This page is how you tell HangIn that content on hangin.app or in the HangIn app infringes your copyright or other intellectual property. It is holding product copy, not legal advice, and it is not a claim that HangIn has a registered US DMCA agent yet.
Send notices to HangInAppOfficial@gmail.com. If you have a HangIn account, you can also use Report on the post, profile, story, review, or message and choose Copyright or intellectual property.
Please include all of the following so HangIn can find and review the content:
your name and contact details; a description of the work you own; the URL or enough detail to find the content on HangIn; a statement that you believe the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act.
HangIn may remove content and, for repeated infringement, suspend or end accounts. If you posted the content and believe the notice was wrong, email the same address with enough detail to identify the content and why you think it should stay up. HangIn will consider that in line with UK law.
Designated agent name, postal address, and phone will be published here when HangIn’s solicitor has them. Do not treat this page as a US Copyright Office agent listing until those details appear.
