Delete your HangIn account

  1. Enter the email on your HangIn account and send the confirmation email.
  2. Open that email and tap Confirm Deletion. The link expires in 24 hours.
  3. Your profile is hidden immediately. You have 30 days to sign in to HangIn and tap Cancel Deletion.
  4. After 30 days, HangIn starts permanent removal.

You can also delete from the HangIn app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Deleted after the 30-day window: your profile, posts, photos HangIn can reach, and most account data. Messages you sent are blanked in remaining threads rather than deleting other people’s conversations.

Kept: ticket, payout, boost, legal-acceptance and safety-report records may be kept for accounting, disputes or safety. Stripe and RevenueCat processor records are not deleted by HangIn. Crash reports held by Google Crashlytics are not removed by this request.

Subscriptions are not cancelled here. Cancel HangIn Plus, Creator, or Business Pro in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
